Economy & Jobs
Arthur stands for an economy that works for MKE families, not just corporations. We advocate for livable wages, local business investment, and vocational training that prepares our youth for the high-demand jobs of tomorrow.
Public Safety
Safe neighborhoods start with community trust and mental health resources. Burks supports comprehensive gun safety legislation and funding for violence interruption programs that address crime at its roots.
Housing
Housing is a human right. Arthur will fight for federal subsidies to expand Milwaukee's affordable housing units and protect residents from predatory landlords and displacement in our historic neighborhoods.
Healthcare Access
We must close the health gap. Arthur supports expanding community clinics and mental health facilities, ensuring every resident has access to affordable care regardless of their zip code.
Education Quality
The future depends on our schools. Arthur will push for federal funding to upgrade MKE school infrastructure and ensure our teachers have the resources to provide a 21st-century education.

For over 20 years, Milwaukee's Black community has sent the same representative to Congress, and the numbers tell the story of what we've gotten in return: a 14-year life expectancy gap, a 71% graduation rate, 72,000 families without affordable housing, and a poverty rate five times higher than our white neighbors.
I'm not running against the people who live in this district. I'm running for them. I've built businesses on these blocks, organized community events on these streets, and sat on the founding board of the National Action Network because I believe in the fight for justice. But I also believe that real justice comes from economic power, homeownership, educational freedom, and holding every institution accountable, regardless of party.
This is a grassroots campaign. No PAC will own me. No party machine will dictate my votes. Just the people of Milwaukee's 4th District, building something real together, dollar by dollar, door by door, vote by vote.
